- The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days from the delivery date.
- In case that the reason for the return should not be related to a malfunction/defect of the product that was clearly stated in the product listing or description.
- Any club defects (that are not caused by improper use) are subject to a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
- The return costs are at the buyer's expense; he/she can then choose the shipping method he/she prefers.
- The refund will be free of charge, will be managed in the shortest time and will occur in any case within thirty days from the delivery date of the return item.
- Any Custom made clubs/ or products are not subject to refunds, but are eligible for a free repair if defective within 14 days of purchase (if not caused by improper use)
